Free Shipping (Hong Kong Only)
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. Please note that we currently ship exclusively to residents within Hong Kong. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery Estimates
Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that deliveries to outlying islands or remote areas may take slightly longer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Depending on the courier service used for your package, a tracking number may be provided. If a tracking number is available, you can use it to check your delivery status via the courier's website. If tracking is unavailable, your package will simply arrive within our standard delivery window.
SF Express & P.O. Boxes
If SF Express is used for your delivery, you may collect your order at SF Lockers or SF Stores. Please ensure you provide the correct locker code and mobile number at checkout. We cannot ship to general post office boxes.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
Please choose your items carefully. Due to the nature of our products and our free shipping structure, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason once an order has been processed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@bullfighterinstrument.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
